Moisture Proof Plasterboard 15mm

Often referred to as 15mm Moisture Board, Knauf Moisture Resistant Plasterboard,15mm Green Plasterboard, Waterproof Plasterboard 15mm, 15mm Green Plasterboard, or Gyproc Moisture Plasterboard, is a 15mm thick solution for moisture-proofing rooms such as bathrooms and kitchens. Gyproc Moisture Resistant Plasterboard is manufactured with special additives that repel water and prevent it from being absorbed into the core of the board. This helps to prevent the board from becoming damaged or weakened by moisture.

The sheets have a green face on one side so they can be indentified correctly. Sheets have a thermal conductivity 0.25W/mK.

Other things to consider when using green moisture resistant plasterboard

Although moisture-resistant plasterboard is designed for humid environments, it's not waterproof. For areas with frequent water exposure, like showers, a separate waterproofing or tanking system should be used in conjunction with the plasterboard.
