Jumbo Metal I Stud Partitioning gives you added strength and provide great impact resistance. Partition walls can be constructed to an increased height of 9.8 metres when the studs are spaced at 400mm centres.

Metal jumbo I studs are a type of metal framing used to build non-load-bearing interior walls. They are made of galvanized steel and have an I-shaped cross-section, which gives them strength and stiffness. Metal I studs come in a variety of lengths and are typically spaced at 400mm to 600mm centres. They are attached to the floor and ceiling joists using 148mm metal tracks.

Once the tracks are in place. the studs are then inserted at the correct centres to form the metal I stud partition wall. Once this has been done and all tracks and studs and been safely secured, they can be clad with plasterboard, plywood, or MDF. The boards are then attached to the studs using suitable screws.

Metal I studs have several advantages over traditional wooden studs. They are stronger, longer-lasting, and more resistant to water, fire, and mould. They are also easier to install and less likely to bend or twist.
