Fosroc Flamex One Sealant is a high-performance, single-component fireproof sealant that provides superior fire protection against smoke, toxic fumes, and fire. It is designed to meet the stringent fire protection requirements of the building industry. It is also highly durable, flexible and easy to apply.
It is suitable for use in walls, floors, ceilings, and other interior and exterior surfaces. It is also resistant to water, moisture, and temperature. Additionally, it is certified by UL and FM Global and meets ASTM E84 standards for flame spread and smoke development. This sealant offers excellent adhesion and a long-lasting seal. It is an ideal choice for fireproofing buildings, providing maximum protection from the dangers of fire.
Flamex One emulsion based sealant sets quickly and gives excellent adhesion to most building materials. It has a 10%
movement accommodation factor for low movement joint sealing and gap filling applications such as fire door frames.
Under fire conditions Flamex One intumescent sealant, forms a foam-like structure which insulates and provides a
barrier to hot gas and flame.
