Walls
The brand’s flagship is the Thermawall panel. For partial fill cavity wall insulation we stock the TW50, made from rigid urethane insulation and foil facings. Available in packs of 6 to 10 in varying thicknesses, the high performance boards have thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/(m·K ). Floors
Kingspan Thermafloor is perfect for solid concrete and suspended floors, and can be used with underfloor heating systems. Urethane with a conductivity of 0.022 W/(m·K ), the TF70 is ideal for new and existing builds, in both domestic or commercial properties. Great R values and U values make the Thermafloor a popular choice, and the panels are easy to work with too. Simply cut the 2400 mm panels to size with a handsaw, and install according to the brand’s guidelines.
Roofs
Kingspan’s Thermapitch TP10 panels are designed for tile or slate pitched roof applications. They can be installed between and under rafters with or without sarking board, and also in dwarf walls and ceilings. With thermal conductivity matching Thermawall and Thermafloor, Thermapitch eliminates the need for pipe and tank insulation, and creates an average of 15% more usable roof space. The panels resist condensation and aren’t affected by air infiltration.
