For use in situations where heavy dynamic or mobile loads are encountered, e.g. reciprocating machinery, testing equipment, heavy crane and transporter rails, high speed turbines, centrifuges and drop forges. Also for use in conditions where chemical spillage may be encountered. Typical situations could be met in refineries, electroplating works and chemical plants.

Conbextra EPR is a high-performance, high-modulus, epoxy-based concrete repair mortar. It is a cementitious mortar, formulated using a blend of graded aggregate, special cements and polymers. It is designed for the repair and protection of concrete structures subject to traffic and aggressive environmental conditions. It is suitable for use as a general-purpose repair mortar for concrete, including road, bridge and runway repairs. Conbextra EPR is a three-component, ready-to-use mortar, which can be easily mixed and applied to a variety of surfaces. It has a working time of up to 6 hours and has a pot life of up to 12 hours. It has good bond strength, high tensile and compressive strength, and excellent adhesion to concrete. It is non-shrink, non-corrosive, and resistant to chemicals and freeze-thaw cycles. Conbextra EPR provides excellent protection against water and chloride ion penetration. It can also be used as an overlay on concrete surfaces to create a durable, decorative surface. It is also suitable for use in damp concrete applications, as it can be applied to wet surfaces. Its low-viscosity formula ensures excellent coverage and adhesion to concrete surfaces.
