Plastering/Rendering sand is in between sharp sand and soft in terms of the grain size. Mixed with Cement and Waterproofing Admixtures it provides as waterproof external coating for masonry walls. First 'scratch' coat would be applied and once set, the finishing coat is applied. Can also be applied internally.
