Can 25mm Hardwood Plywood be used outside?

Due to the manufacturing process and water resistant properties, this 25mm exterior grade plywood can be used in external conditions such as part of a flat roof system. This must be in conjunction with suitable Roofing Felts and/or Membranes.

Please note - If this plywood is left outside for any period of time without suitable treatment both to the faces and edges, it will delaminate and deteriorate.
